adequate stay with some disappointments
street noise cheap decor
the room on the third floor included a large terrace.
This hotel does not have a reception. the room was very noisy. I could hear both street noise and neighbors. the decor in the room felt cheap. It was not luxurious as i expected (the name suggested luxury).

The room was sparkling CLEAN. The hotel provided a large assortment of amenities. I received a free welcome drink. The bed was very comfortable, which i loved. The air conditioning was superb! The hotel is located in a great area, quieter than the main tourist areas but just minutes away on foot.
No actual reception at the hotel, it was not ideal.

The hotel sits opposite a flamenco theatre, a very exciting spot to start the evening. It is also very near the Alcazar and the Cathedral for daytime visits. Lots of food choices in the area.

Communication with El Moro, the main hotel, is simple BY phone. The staff was very attentive and cute, ALWAYS ready to assist. They really went out of their way to.

Acceptable stay overall
The location proved AMAZING. We walked EVERYWHERE we wanted. The neighborhood was quiet at night, GREAT for sleeping.
There was no bed for my pet even though the hotel is pet friendly.
